Once I have received your order, please allow 8-10 weeks for quilt to be completed. Contact me if you need your quilt back sooner and I'll see where I'm at with other quilts and see what I can do. If you are in Alliance, you may call and arrange an appointment to meet with me to discuss your needs. You may also call or text me at (308) 760-8179 or email me at the address listed at the top of this page for an estimate. If I receive your order by mail, payment must be received before I will mail out your finished quilt. You can send the payment with your order or I can send or email you an invoice when the quilting is complete. Payment can be made by cash, check, money order, Venmo or PayPal.

Finished quilt will be shipped out UPS and insured for $200 per quilt. Estimated shipping, handling, and insurance charges are $25 for one quilt and $35 for 2 quilts. These costs will vary due to location and size of box. I can notify you after quilt is shipped for the exact shipping & handling cost and adjust your total due. PLEASE make sure your quilt top is pressed and in reasonably good condition. Check for tucks and loose or raw seams. We will both be happier with the results if the quilt top is pressed, lays relatively flat and has very few tucks. I have found that polyester or polyester blend fabric will stretch and produce a fuller top in places. If there are any repairs that need to be done, I will notify you before quilting is started. Small problems can be fixed during the quilting process. Please note there will be a fee charged for repairs that I do to the quilt top or backing before or during quilting.

Overall/pantograph design is $16.00 per square yard.  Custom-outline, motifs with or without one border is $24.00 per square yard. You can figure square yard by multiplying your quilt top length times width and then dividing that by 1296. I can take a look at your quilt top or get a description of your quilt top and what you want done and then give you an estimate before I quilt it or to determine which price range it falls under. (Minimum quilting charge of $30 for overall designs and $60 for custom/outline. There is an additional $10 charge for each additional border when doing overall quilting, if special stitching is requested in the border. Prices listed above do not include the cost of batting, backing or binding)

It can be purchased by the yard or by the square yard. I can prewash the batting for you before quilting (there is a $5 charge to prewash it). There will be approximately 3% shrinkage. Warm 80/20 batting is 80% cotton and 20% polyester and 110” wide. There will be approximately 1% shrinkage.

108" wide, 100% Cotton, white $5.25 per yard.   I can machine prewash my backing fabric before I quilt it, if you prefer for an extra $5.00.  If you decide to furnish backing, backing must be at least 8" longer and 8" wider than quilt top.  Backing sample available upon request.

(I apply binding to finished quilt) When I have quilted your quilt it will cost $.05 per measured inch to bind.  When you or someone else quilted your quilt, it will cost $.07 per measured inch to bind.  You will need to furnish at least 1 yard of 42-44" wide fabric -depending on size of quilt top-larger quilts require more fabric. I use straight grain strips for a double binding and make mitered corners. I machine finish the binding to the front. I can also turn the backing up and over the top for binding, if preferred.

Other services available: sewing, alterations, sweater and afghan repair, and machine embroidery. See reverse side for quilting pattern choices. Any quilting patterns shown may be reduced or enlarged if necessary and appropriate. I thank you for your time and interest in my machine quilting.

Please feel free to call or write with any questions or comments you may have. I will handle your quilts with the best possible care, and I pride myself in my work. I hope to do business with you soon and happy quilting......Jorene
